The Wellbeing Bee
Meet the person behind the site

Hello and Welcome!
I’m Gem aka The Wellbeing Bee!
However you have found me, I am so pleased you have. My journey to finding a happier version of me has been a long one, full of some real ‘ups’ and some serious ‘downs’. Thankfully I have been surrounded by some pretty phenomenal humans, without whom I am sure my story would have ended very differently.
You hear a lot of people talk about ‘finding their purpose’ and for a long time I felt very lost as to what my ‘purpose’ actually was. Until one day I realised it was staring me in the face! After my ‘transformation’ one of the things that affected me the most was seeing other people feeling and behaving the way I had done before I found my ‘Happy’.
I was overwhelmingly drawn towards helping people so I decided to do exactly that. I realised I wanted to help people find a happier, more confident version of themselves and so The Wellbeing Bee was born. On this site you will find all sorts of tools to help you on your own transformation journey including;
-
- Recipes involving ingredients proven to not only nourish your body but that also improve your mood! You’ll find that all of my recipes are gluten and dairy free because I’m allergic to both but I promise you wont be able to tell! You’ll find these under the ‘Happy Food’ section.
- Happy Food Guides. Under the A-Z there will be a list of ingredients to include in your diet to literally boost your HAPPY. I say ‘will be’ because at the time of writing, this website is still a work in progress
- ‘The Hive’ is a blog where I share my thoughts on various situations, life events and challenges. I hope through my blog I can offer some advice and solidarity.
- Access to my other beauty based services, such as skincare consultations, facials, gel polish, manicures and pedicures is something I will be adding. For now you can contact me directly through Facebook or Instagram.
- Access to my coaching courses and free support ‘FREEdom’ Walks will be found under ‘Happy Mind’. When I entered the world of Life Coaching, the thing that stood out to me the most was that coaching was largely available to those who could afford the higher price tag. Mental Health services in the UK are beyond stretched. I knew I wanted to make life coaching accessible to as many people as possible because I have met too many people who desperately needed support but financially sourcing coaching just isnt possible. I want to change that. Everyone deserves to find their happy, Everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin.
