Cinnamon is a detail that must not be missed, just a sprinkle of cinnamon can influence your brain in a positive way. Known to boost memory and alertness, Cinnamon has been used widely medicinally for thousands of years. Scientists have now found that cinnamon boosts serotonin (Happy Hormone), so next time you get that cosy happy feeling when you smell that cinnamon latte or sticky cinnamon rolls in the oven, its not just the imminent treat of hot coffee or baked goods making you feel good!

Blueberries are literally a superfood, I’ll eat them daily without hesitation & here’s why  … Not only are they one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, its now been proven that flavonoid-rich foods like blueberries strengthen the connections between neurons in your brain, which in turn can decrease the risk of cognitive problems. Additionally it is believed that regular consumption of blueberries boosts your brain function and memory. Blueberries are particularly powerful in battling oxidative stress which is a major contributor to ageing AND it is believed they actively lower blood pressure.
